How do I use the search function?

The search function enables you to search for part numbers and product descriptions. Be sure that the part number you have input corresponds to an existing one.

How do I write the part number?

different machine producers as well as independent parts manufacturers can use numeric or alphanumeric part numbers. Sequences of letters and numbers can be written in different forms. If you are not getting the desired search result, try modify “.” or “/” or “-“ in another symbol or split longer words into two words using a space between, for example.'

Does singular or plural lead to different results?

Searching for the singular or plural terms might lead to different search results. We always suggest searching for singular.

Can I search for product groups?

There is a basic difference between products and product groups. The product group search is disabled through the search field.

Why can’t I find my product on the webshop?

There might be different reasons why the search leaded to no results. After different types we suggest contacting us directly.


CATALOGUES

I cannot find my product in the catalogue.

If product search does not lead to any results and you do not know the part number of the product, press the button “Contact us” in the footer’s site and fill the form to get in contact with our customer sales representative.

Can I save my machine/model search?

If you want to save your Machine/Model in “your garage” press the button “save this machine” and a message confirming the save will appear on the screen. The machine has now been added to your garage.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Can I get the parts drawings?

Depending on the product Group, each product can have its dedicated page with details, sketches, and drawings.

What are my options when viewing images?

When you move the cursor over the image of a product on a product page, you will see an enlarged view of that image on an overlapped screen. This option applies to photos as well as to technical drawings.

How can I quickly get more information about a product?

The product tab shows technical features by scrolling down the displayed page. Depending on product groups, you may find products details such as main dimensions, sketches, and drawings.


PROFILE OPTIONS

What does the little man icon (ACCOUNT) enable me?

Top-right you will find a little man icon, clicking on the icon you will access a menu with following options:
Orders.
My Garage.
Addresses.
Your Whishlists.
Profile.

How do I manage my ORDERS?

Top-right click on the little man icon and select “Orders” option. A new page will be displayed on the screen showing all orders sent, their status and additional details to be edited if needed. This section also allows you to issue an identical order at once by selecting Order Details and then clicking on Reorder.

What do I use MY GARAGE for?

An efficient way to manage your fleet, save time and identify your products without going through further research, is to save your machines in “My Garage”.
Top-right click on the little man icon and select “my garage” option. A new page is shown with two sections.
My Garage. In this section you will find all the machines saved at the end of a guided search. A guided search is a path through the database that led to the precise identification of a machine that our engineers have identified and verified.
Other Machines. In this section you will find all the machines saved without going through a guided search. If the specific model you have searched has not been found in the database, it is always possible to save the machine by manually entering the data in the required fields. The more data you input in the form, the easier it will be for our engineers to identify the model, add it to the catalogue and inform you of the new availability. If you do not have all the data available, it will always be possible to add them at a later stage by selecting the "edit" button.

How can I add or modify a delivery ADDRESSE?

Top-right click on the little man icon and select “Addresses” option. A new page will be displayed on the screen showing all addresses you have created. From this section you can make changes in the existing ones as well as create intuitively new ones and with a few simple steps.

Can I use WISHLISTS?

Top-right click on the little man icon and select “Wishlists” option. A new page will be displayed on the screen showing all whshlists you have created. From this section you can make changes in the existing ones as well as create intuitively new ones and with a few simple steps. You can always add an item to your favorite Wishlist by selecting the heart-shaped icon present in various screens relating to the products you are looking for. Adding a product to a specific Wishlist allows you to save time and receive targeted offers.

How do I modify my PROFILE?

Top-right click on the little man icon and select “Profile” option. A new page will be displayed on the screen showing all fields related to your account details. It is extremely important to fill in the correct information to prevent issues within the billing and payment step.”. Pay attention to the “required” fields, these one must be filled in, compulsory.
